Ship the product, then iterate.
We prefer to ship a working product to 10 real customers over a perfect product to 0. We learn from usage, not from focus groups.
We build enterprise SaaS for the industries that keep the world running — restaurant, medical, logistics, AI, IT, education, and manufacturing. Each product is purpose-built for the workflows, compliance, and integrations of the people who use it.
YourCompany started in 2018 as the internal engineering team of a 12-location restaurant group that needed better software than what was on the market. We built our own POS, inventory, and loyalty platform, deployed it across the company, and watched revenue per location climb 18% in the first year.
Other operators started asking to license it. We spun out as a separate company, opened the platform to other restaurants, and over the next four years we kept being asked the same question by operators in different verticals: "Can you build one of these for us?"
So we did — once for medical groups, once for a logistics network, once for a school district, once for a manufacturing conglomerate. Each time the same pattern: an IT-led team builds a product the operators actually want to use, on infrastructure they can trust, with the security and compliance their auditors demand.
Today YourCompany is a 240-person team shipping seven products to 2,400+ organizations. We are still IT-led. We still ship software we want to use ourselves. And we are still adding verticals the same way — by building one product, deeply, for the people who need it.
We prefer to ship a working product to 10 real customers over a perfect product to 0. We learn from usage, not from focus groups.
Every product ships with SSO, audit logs, and encryption by default. We treat customer data like our own.
Our PMs and engineers have worked in the industries they serve. Domain depth is the unfair advantage we protect.
Every product ships with real-time analytics for the operators, not buried in a separate BI tool. If the floor can't see it, it doesn't count.
